60u white gloss PP/Hotmelt Rubber base-Standard/83g White PEK
This labeling material consists of a glossy opalescent polypropylene film that offers a striking visual effect with its pearl-like shine. The material features a strong hotmelt rubber-based adhesive that delivers an initial peel adhesion of 14N/25mm, with excellent 20-minute peel adhesion results at both 180° (16N/25mm) and 90° (8N/25mm) on steel, ensuring long-lasting bond strength.

Product Description
The 60u white gloss label is a high-performance labeling material featuring a glossy opalescent polypropylene film coated for enhanced ink adhesion. It is combined with a robust hotmelt rubber adhesive, providing excellent adhesion strength and reliability. The product is paired with a single-color plastic-coated white PEK release paper liner, which has a thickness of 0.8 mm, facilitating easy handling and precise die-cutting.

Product Application
The material has certain tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and its product is widely used in industries such as washing, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food and electronic.
Converting
The white high-gloss polypropylene film with pearl luster effect, with a layer of coating on the surface, suitable for flexographic printing, letterpress printing, screen printing and thermal transfer printing and other printing methods, and has good expressiveness to ink. Product labels with more important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, and good cover performance. Sharp knives should be used in die-cutting, and at the same time avoid adhesive overflow due to excessive winding tension.
